PetitQ.com has been the specialist in sexy men's lingerie since 2007 with more than 700 new models each year and more than 1,200 models available on average in the store.
All our underwear is made in our own workshop. Each garment is assembled from start to finish by the same tailor. We use a wide variety of fabrics (nylon of varying thickness, sheer nylon, modal, bamboo, lace, openwork) and waistbands.
PetitQ Underwear is arguably the world's largest selection of sexy men's underwear. With so much to choose from, here are our two guides to help you choose the right underwear for your size.
Size Guide
PetitQ runs slightly small , this means that if you are between two sizes, it is better to take the size above, otherwise you can take your usual size.
The dimensions indicated above may vary from one product to another. Depending on the model, the elasticity of the fabric and the elastics, we adapt the dimension to respect our size standard.
More information:
- "FLAT SIZE" gives the length of the waistband when you lay the underwear flat. The two columns correspond to underwear without a waistband, and underwear with a waistband. The fabric is generally more stretchy than the waistband, so we add 1 cm to underwear with a waistband.
We increase this flat length by 2cm between each size.
- Our products are all low-rise, so it's the hip measurement that counts.
- Our size S is based on the measurements of our product model (who also happens to be the designer/creator of PetitQ)

What happens if the size you received doesn't fit?
Once you receive your order, you have 15 days to let us know you want to return it for free. You can let us know via the return form, the contact form, or by email.
You will need to tell us which products you wish to return, and your processing instructions:
- exchange with another size,
- exchange with another product,
- return against credit (valid for 3 years),
- return against reimbursement.
We will then send you a Colissimo return label by email. Simply print it and affix it to the package to send us your return.
The label is prepaid, so you can drop the package directly into a La Poste mailbox. There's nothing to pay.
Items must have the Q cardboard label still attached and be returned in their original red bag to be returned.
Pocket Guide
One of PetitQ's great skills is pockets, and in particular deep pockets for a package effect.
We have developed some specific pocket shapes, which you can find across many collections.
- Chill: A more plunging pocket with minimal stitching. No stitching along the pocket, only on the underside. Greater comfort for those sensitive to seams, and a better visual for printed fabrics.
- Hill: A pouch with a bundle effect that tightly gathers the scrotum and penis and projects it forward.
- Dome: a pouch with a package effect, similar to the Colline pouch, but which distinguishes the scrotum from the tip of the penis a little more.
- Mega Bulge: The ultimate bulge effect pouch. A very deep pouch for an impressive visual effect. If it says the pouch has a protruder , this means it includes a c-strap (a wide elastic cock ring) that will allow you to accentuate the bulge effect by projecting even more forward. Thanks to this protruder and the shape of the pouch, the bulge effect works for everyone.
- Tower: This is a very indented pocket on top which strongly outlines the pack
