Any Internet user can read the General Conditions of Sale on the site www.petit-q.com . These General Conditions of Sale may be subject to modification; the applicable conditions are those in force on the site on the date you place your order.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Availability and nature of products
petit-q.com sells men's underwear on its website while stocks last.
petit-q.com is committed to preparing your order as quickly as possible if the products ordered are in stock. Unless there is a stock issue, all orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed between Friday noon and Monday noon are shipped on Monday.
Delivery times are in addition to the time taken to prepare the order and, depending on La Poste, Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial Relay or any other carrier authorized to work in Europe, our carriers, with a variable duration observed between 1 and 5 working days.
All deadlines are in working days.

Price
Billing and payment are made in EUROS only.
If a computer error in the calculation of the total amount due by the customer is found, the amount due will be equal to the sum of the prices in effect for each item at the time of the order and displayed on the respective pages of each product ordered, prices deemed known and accepted by the customer, shipping costs, less any promotions subject to their applicability.

Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined. Online promotions can be used while stocks last or the promotion ends.

Returns/Exchanges
petit-q.com is committed to providing you with new products.
petit-q.com undertakes to replace defective or non-compliant items as quickly as possible, provided that they are returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging. You have the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal provided by law to return the item(s) to us without having to provide a reason. This return is only possible if the products are still labeled.

In the event of an abusive return (Product damaged by the customer - e.g.: pilled fabrics, stained product, strong smell of cigarette - or Product returned beyond the legal deadline), the return may be refused or even returned to the customer. A processing fee of €10 per product may be withheld from the refund.

In the event of a return due to non-collection from a relay point (the package was made available to the customer for 14 days), a processing fee of €10 may be deducted from the refund.

If an item is delivered that does not match your order or is damaged during transport, please contact us.

For hygiene reasons, petit-q.com does not accept the return of thongs (except in the event of an error or defective product), nor the return of products without a label. 

Returns where the total amount of the products, according to the invoice, is less than 6 euros do not entitle you to a free return or a free exchange.


Return procedure : You must contact customer service to obtain the return label in order to return the goods to the logistics warehouse.
The return will be considered effective upon receipt of the package by the logistics service.
If, due to our error, you do not receive the item ordered, we will exchange it and refund the return shipping costs.
In the event of a definitive return, you can request a refund or a credit note.
Credits are valid for one year from the date of dispatch by Marquee Trading LTD

Order Changes / Cancellations
As long as your order has not been paid for or is being prepared, you can modify your order settings (addresses, shipping method, etc.), delete an item, or cancel the order. These requests should be sent to request@petit-q.com. 
Once your order is confirmed, it can no longer be canceled. You then have 14 days to return any unwanted items, according to the return and exchange conditions.

Shipping / Shipping Costs
The contribution to shipping costs is fixed and includes tax.
Delivery times are given as an indication and are in working days. These are the average delivery times observed and may vary depending on the destination. To guarantee you optimal service, we thank you for always providing us with an address to which your order can be delivered during working hours. You must provide petit-q.com with a complete and accurate shipping address. In the event of an error on your part or an incomplete address, the cost of a second shipment will be at your expense.

Orders paid before noon, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders paid after noon are shipped the following business day.
Delivery is handled by Colissimo, Lettre Max de La Poste, Mondial Relay, or any other carrier approved for France for home or business delivery, and petit-q.com will not be able to provide any compensation in the event of a delivery delay. The carrier's tracking is the sole evidence.
In the event of a delay in a tracked Colissimo, an investigation is requested from the postal service. At the end of this investigation, which can last up to 21 days, and if the package has not been delivered, petit-q.com will proceed to renew the shipment or refund it. If you dispute the claim, the carrier's delivery confirmation is valid. Any duplicate package received must be returned.
If a package is refused, the shipping costs remain your responsibility and the goods will be refunded to you upon receipt of the return.
If the package is not claimed and returned after 15 days at La Poste, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If you request a refund, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs. 
For shipments outside France in the European Union, shipments are made by tracked export, Colissimo or any other approved carrier with a delivery time of 3 to 10 working days depending on the country. For shipments outside the European Union, possible taxes (local VAT, customs or import) may be invoiced upon arrival of the package at its destination, and remain your responsibility.

Payment methods
Payment can be made using the following credit cards:
- Eurocard
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Maestro
via the online payment system Paypal or the Stripe payment system. Paypal and Stripe are secure payment methods. Under no circumstances will your banking information be transmitted to petit-q.com.

Payments are made in euros. Some banks may charge a fee for Stripe payments, as the system is not based in France. You can request a refund by contacting customer service with proof of the amount charged by the bank. Canceled and fully refunded orders will not be eligible for a refund of these bank fees from Marquee Trading.
Payment can also be made by French bank check or money order. If the product is not in stock, the check will only be cashed when the order is shipped.

For European Union citizens, payment by bank transfer is possible. Simply send a request to request@petit-q.com, or via the payment page. contact .

Anti-fraud policy
In order to protect petit-q.com and its customers against fraud, we reserve the right:
- to carry out all checks, random, systematic or targeted, on the data transmitted to us,
- to contact customers directly to verify and confirm orders,
- to block any order that does not meet our security criteria,
- to require supporting documents (identity card, proof of address, etc.) for the release of orders,
- to demand another means of payment,
- and to use service providers for data controls and analysis.

Confidentiality and privacy
All our shipments are made with the utmost discretion.
petit-q.com undertakes not to share your contact details with third parties, with the exception of third parties involved in the execution of your order (carriers, banking services). The personal information requested by petit-q.com is solely for the purpose of processing your order: name and address for delivery, payment information, email/phone number to communicate in case of preparation delays and for sending the tracking number. The date of birth is used to send you a discount voucher on your birthday. You can indicate the date indicated as an example if you do not wish to provide this information. Banking information is not shared with petit-q.com. The payment providers Kwixo and PayPal do not give your banking information to petit-q.com and do not keep it beyond the payment if you do not create an account. They do not 
In the exceptional case of non-payment or payment fraud, petit-q.com reserves the right to communicate all necessary data to the police or competent jurisdictions.
In accordance with the law, you can request access, modification or deletion of data concerning you by sending an email to request@petit-q.com.

Responsibility
The texts, logos and other symbols used on the petit-q.com website may not be partially or entirely reproduced without the website's consent.
The photographs reproduced on the site and illustrating the items presented are not contractually binding. petit-q.com cannot be held liable if an error has crept into one of these photographs.
petit-q.com cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, and in particular, in the event of a total or partial strike, flood, fire, etc. (non-exhaustive list).

Customer Engagement
By checking the box "I accept the general conditions of sale" and clicking on "Validate" at the end of the order process, the customer declares that they accept the order and all of the general conditions of sale.
